The event Inimitable and Iconic – Italian Design stories in the US, organised by the Embassy of Washington in collaboration with ADI and Fondazione ADI Collezione Compasso d’Oro, celebrates 160 years of diplomatic relations between Italy and the United States.

For the occasion, it has been produced a video through which the Embassy of Washington and ADI have intended to represent Italian design. The video is conceived as a journey through Italian design, which leads every American to recognize, through the selection of iconic products represented, the many that have now become a the many that are now part of their culture and experience.

Amongst the products presented is also FLAP sound-absorbing panel, design Alberto and Francesco Meda, Compasso d’Oro 2016.
